The Eagle College of Health Sciences/ College of Nursing is cognizant of the role of the role of well trained nurses for the improvements of the Health Care for the people well planned and organized trained of the nurse using appropriate techniques is necessary to achieve the Health targets and objectives of the health policy of the Government as the Health Care Facilities are far from satisfactory. 

The aim is to provide high quality personal as required in the present time. The role of PNC and HERA will be contribute a lot in producing well qualified much needed training for the nurses. This is very important cadre of the health care system. It is matter for great satisfaction that the PNC and HERA is aware of the importance of this cadre in spite of many constrains. Nurse training is being provided in Generic BSN (04 Years) and CMW Programs. The objectives of all involved in this important job would be to provide a team of dedicated, competent and sympathetic individuals for the care of patients.
